TECHNICAL ASSISTANT - SURABAYA
Requirements:
Male
Bachelor degree (S1) in Faculty Chemical Engineering, Faculty Chemistry Science, Faculty Materials Engineering, Faculty Metallurgical Engineering, Faculty MIPA – (fresh graduate are welcome)
Good command of English both verbal and written
Able to work under pressure
Independently and able to work under minimum supervision
Enthusiastic and strong analytical thinking
Able to work as a team as good as an individual
Well adapt, communicative, and fast learner
Have driving license (A)
Willing to travel intensively or work outside the city
Willing to be placed in Surabaya– East Java
Preferable Surabaya native
Willing to be trained in our headquarter (Cikarang, Bekasi - West Java), at least for 3 months

PERSON IN CHARGE
Job Responsibilities/description:
Responsible for the equipment commissioning, acceptance, maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting work
Responsible for the engineering data collection and archiving
Responsible for user training, technical support to customers, agents, subcontractors,and the agents management etc.
Cooperate with international engineering representatives of related product line; collect and feed back the product application information, and suggestions on products improvement
Collaborate with sales staff to maintain and manage customer relationships.
Requirements:
Have good management for subcontractors.
Understand English and local language; proficiency in English communication
College and above degree，majored in telecommunications or computer related professional
Fresh graduates are welcome;Have good network technical support or other relevant work experience of the telecommunications industry is more better.
With strong communication skills, good sense of teamwork and strong organization and coordination skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya (preferable Surabaya citizen).
