Qualification:
Male/female, max 30 years
Min.D3 from any discipline
Having experience in property industry as sales
Good in English both spoken and written
Attractive and have pleasant personalities
Having knowledge of property industry
Ability to work under pressure
High achievement and target oriented
High discipline and high self motivation
Good sales and marketing skills
Sales-oriented individual
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Willing to work outside of the city
Key job responsibilities include:
Perform intensive marketing research to identify potential new market and opportunities
Doing the call the market the product and services available to the customer
Build strong network to ensure sales performance
Build good relationship with new clients
Ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided by the company
Provide information regarding the company’s product and manage the customer’s queries
Brainstorm to provide creative ideas of marketing to improve sales and marketing of the company

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Based in Jakarta
Responsibility :
Achieve his/her target as set up by Company as Plan in Order and Sales.
Manage and supporting his/her Sales Team to expand the business and achieving their target for National.
Develop and grow his/her focus System Business in Fire Product
Coordinate and work as Team with other Department to achieve Team’s Goal/Objectives.
Make sure that he/she and all his/her sales team member to follow and do properly all activities according to company regulations.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
Min. 3 years’ experience at Sales/Marketing business.
Good business sense, possess communication and analytical skills.
Strong driving force, self-motivated, highly motivated to succeed.
Ability to lead and manage.
High integrity and trustworthy.
Strong understanding of customers and market requirements.
Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Having experience is Fire system /Electronic system business would be advantage.
Strong driving force, self-motivated, highly motivated to succeed.
Able to communicate oral & written.
Computer literate.
