We are an international company with engagement of business activities mainly import trading in Power Transmission Equipment Industry, currently require qualified staff as follows:
SALES STAFF (PLACEMENT : JEPARA - CENTRAL JAVA) SS
Job duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting Sales Supervisor in maintaining good relationship with client/customer
Prepare material for tender documents, including Quotation, drawings to submit to local contractor
Keeping tracks of the incoming and outgoing documents of sales, trading, import
Arrange the administrative work of import business such as filling, correspondence, quotation, inquiries, Purchase Order, bidding documents, invoicing
Execute the administrative work of import business for the Sales Supervisor during his absence.
Other duties still related with sales jobs.
General Requirements:
Diploma 3 or University Degree of any discipline however economic background would be preferred.
Fluency in English both oral and written + English Correspondence
Import business experience
Excellent communication and good personality
Computer knowledge: Microsoft office Microsoft outlook and internet
Age below 34 years old
Male or Female
